How many different tin cases have existed for Castell 9000 pencils?
I was sure I've seen every kind, but here appeared the new one again.
The case has the famous jousting knights, and no other words are located except for the A.W. FABER's name.
It was made when the company name was A.W. FABER, and the last *CASTELL* indicated the model name.
A.W. FABER put really much effert to this case.
The side is adorned with embossed balance symbols and the letters A.W.
The inside drawing is also impressive.
Since this tin case is much better decorated than any other tin cases, I assume this was made for special reasons.
Just like limited editions that are made in these days.
The inside were like this with the black and white paper insert.
Balance symbol inside a rhombus, and the name A.W. inside a circle in addition to that.
This is the very specific style, although it doesn't tell many things about this metal case.
