Again, the famous 88x models of Osmia and Faber Castell.

I also have 884 models with green striped patterns.

To talk about its design, it is similar to 664 and 883 fountain pens I've recently posted.

The entire body is burgundy color like this 663 model.

The clip is A.W.FABER's clip.

I'm guessing these were made in the process of eliminating names of Osmia from A.W.FABER's fountain pens. 

Osmia's trade mark.

There is no Osmia's name on the barrel.

The notation is exactly the same as the 664 model I posted earlier.

The difference is, this one has Osmia's nib.

Considering the 664 model had Castell nib, these two models didn't come from exactly the same era.

Of course, one possibility is the nib is not original.

Nevertheless, this one has No.4 nib, which corresponds to its model number 884.

I think the chances the nib is not original is not that high.
