MIKO CAPS MECHANICAL PENCIL WITH ADJUSTABLE GRIP
미코 캡스 샤프
Miko, the subsidiary company of Micro, focused on fancy goods.
Among many pens made by Miko and Micro, this one stands out in terms of the odd design.
As you can see, its appearance differs from most mechanical pencils.
The combination of yellow and green colors is enough to look childish.
The mechanical pencil looks like a toy to me.
Its model name is Caps.
The funny thing is this one has no cap.
Or does the name refer to capital letters?
It still sounds odd though.
The name might imply something that I couldn't figure out.
Very eccentric design clip.
I expected the clip would rotate like a lever, but it doesn't work that way.
The cleaner pin is fixed to the eraser.
This one has an adjustable grip.
Unlike other most adjustable grips like this one, this one doesn't have a grip that the whole grip shifts.
Rather, it is made of double grips and only the upper one moves.
One can grab those rubber grips as one wishes.
To talk about how much it is useful and convenient, I can't tell this style is innovative.
Still, there is no doubt this is a nice try.
I'm always fond of experimental tries.
This was my thought about this pen, but I found out that this design was a plagiarism.
There is no doubt that this design copied Pentel's J-grip mechanical pencils!
