Limited editions are always attractive.
Pen makers often make limited editions with special colors to enthrall pen collectors.
Faber Castell's neo slim limited versions are one of the best example of such limited editions.
As I showed in the last post, neo slim fountain pen itself has a very attractive appearance.
However, its limited edition versions flaunt more elegant and graceful figure.
This model is marshmallow gold version.
The body features ivory-white color of marshmallows, and several gold parts.
There have been neo slim ivory versions with rose gold metal parts, but this model looks better to me.
As you can see, the top and bottom parts are gold colors, and there are gold trim and gold clip as well.
The top part is concave and very reflective.
The bottom part is also like that.
The best alluring point must be this gold colored nib.
Have there been any other gold color nibs in Faber Castell's modern nibs with two fighting knights?
As far as I know, this is the first Faber Castell's modern gold color nib.
Of course, there are many gold color nibs to vintage Faber Castell fountain pens and Graf von Faber Castell fountain pens.
Nevertheless, the point is two knights riding horses!
Still, I'm not sure whether this is a real gold plated nib or just a gold color nib.
The next is rainforest gold model.
Now, the body color is Faber Castell's signature dark green color.
The best matching color to Faber Castell pens!
Again, the gold color nib.
The design of neo slim fountain pens are already attractive, but these models are much more magnificent!
The dark green color is hard to see, so I provide a magnified photo.
Still, the color somewhat looks like a blacl color.
