It has been sold over 750 million pieces since it started in 1954.
As the long history, jotter series has so many variations.
Jotter lines boast diverse colors and special editions.
Even some people collect jotter pens made in different countries.
It was first made in USA, and then in UK, and then in France for now.
This is a pastel color special edition, which is released in 2005.
Jotters pastel color with 6 different colors are available for now, but the above thing is different version of pastel color.
It has three colors, and was made in UK.
They have Parker's P symbols, not the arrow symbols.
This jotter is a navy color version.

It seems that navy color jotters were usually made in USA, but this one was made in UK.
