A.W. FABER CELLULOID FOUNTAIN PEN

Many times, I have curiosities about the history of Faber Castell.
I've posted numerous fountain pens of A.W. FABER-CASTELL with Osmia traces.
I also uploaded an older fountain pen of A.W. FABER, assumed to be made in 1920s.

From what I have seen, the oldest model used the name A.W. FABER and it had completely no sign of Osmia.
After that, it used name A.W. FABER-CASTELL with Osmia's traces.
As time goes on, it removed the traces of Osmia one by one, and changed its name into Faber Castell that we know today.

In this theory, it is the basic idea is that Faber company has changed name from A.W. FABER to A.W. FABER-CASTELL, and then to Faber Castell.
In that sense, its hard to determine this pen's history.

Faber Castell advertisement

Obviously, one way to trace back the history is relying on the literature.
Faber company released advertisements periodically.
This fountain pen can be found in the advertisement published in 1936.
This tells that the pen is older than that.

Faber company started to acquire Osmia gradually from 1935 to 1951.
This explains why this fountain pen has no sign of Osmia.
Thus, I conclude that this model is older than foutain pens with Osmia's traces.

It took too long to talk about its appearance.
It has somewhat like a marble pattern like another A.W. FABER's fountain pen I posted.
I guess they came from nearly the same age.

A.W. FABER's balance symbol is located on top of the cap.
It's not the diamond mark of Osmia!

It has Castell 14K gold nib.
Again, there is no Osmia's name or mark.
Did who made this nib?
Did Faber company have its own nib factory?
