This is an early type ballpoint pen of Graf von Faber Castell.

The appearance looks similar to today's pens, but this combination of gold&silver color and its unique patterns can't be seen these days.

Take a close look at its patterns.

It's not like modern guilloche ballpoint pens.

The combination of gold and silver is really rare for Graf von Faber Castell, so I hope to know how its fountain pen counterpart looks.

I'm really curious of it, and I can only guess it would have a gold cap with silver body.

I also have the full gold color version.

I don't know when they were made and when they were discontinued, but the only clear thing is we can't purchase them for now.

By the way, it's really difficult to choose which one looks better between these two.

For me, both are really gorgeous models.
