Shaker mechanical pencils can advance the lead by flicking the pen as the name tells.
One doesn't need to click the push button, so it enables simpler and faster writing.
This function can usually be seen to cheap mechanical pencils for students.
Here are two shaker mechanical pencils of Micro.
The first one is Sunting mechanical pencil.
The barrel is made of transparent pink colored plastic.
It is printed "Sunting" on the barrel.
I see the mechanism through the transparent body.
The spring inside moves up and down when the pen is shaken, and this advances the lead.
Model number is MSP-146.
Nothing special about the clip and the back end part.
The grip part is dented and has several grooves.
Except for the shaker function, not many interesting things exist about this pen.
However, it's good that its clear body allows one to observe how this mechanism works.
The next one is color Highna.
I posted the original version Highna mechanical pencil in the past.
As I said in that post, this mechanical pencil is a copycat of Pilot's 2020 Rocky.
The original version is rarer compared to color versions.
I guess color Highna series are even cheaper than the original Highna.
Color Highna doesn't have gold colors exist in the original Highna, and the design of push button is simpler.
The clip is not gold color, and the push button has a monotonous design.
Micro 0.5 Korea.
It doesn't have its model number anywhere.
The octagonal plastic grip.
Since two mechanical pencils were so simple, this is a bonus.
The lead has the name Power HQ 200.
I'm pretty sure the design was motivated from Pentel's Hi-polymer leads.
