Micro is a Korean stationery company.
The company usually made mechanical pencils, but it also made some fountain pens.
Micro's fountain pens generally belong to either of Marbel or MIT lines.

MICRO MARBEL BYZANTINE FOUNTAIN PEN

This belongs to the Marbel series.
Note thet it is not "marble."
The model name is Byzantine, and Micro's two seahorses mark is also there.

It seems that Micro used this seahorses mark for fountain pens, and octagonal mark for other products.

Among Micro's Marbel fountain pen lines, this one takes the position of middle price line.
Was Micro inspired by Byzantine architecture when the company designed this fountain pen?

There is M mark of top of the cap.
M must refer to Micro.
The top part looks like a dome, which is a main feature of Byzantine architecture.

Since it has the name Byzantine, it looks like a white colored marble building with a dome at the top!
Besides the middle part, gold clip and two gold rings at the top and the bottom are also a great choice for the design!
