A.W.FABER GENTLEMAN - MARBLE PATTERNED FOUNTAIN PEN AND MECHANICAL PENCIL SET

Inside the vintage green leather case, there is a set of fountain pen and mechanical pencil.
A.W.FABER-CASTELL logo and its balance trade mark with the shape of the castle.
These pens have no sign of Osmia absolutely.
So I suppose these pens were made before Faber company completely acquired Osmia company.
If that's correct, these pens were made earlier than 1951.
In fact, it is known that this model was released in 1949, but I couldn't find any evidence of it.
Still, it is confusing since Faber company's 1940s fountain pens used the name A.W.FABER-CASTELL, not A.W. FABER.
The name A.W.FABER was used for earlier pens, and as Faber company started to acquire Osmia in 1935, the company put both names Osmia and A.W.FABER-CASTELL.
As you can see, the case has the name A.W.FABER-CASTELL, but why the fountain pen has different name?
Was it just too long to write its full name?
Another mystery is that it is known as 'gentleman', but I couldn't find any literature about it.

There is no marble pattern on the cap.
No Osmia's diamond symbol.
In fact, there is physically no place to locate the diamond symbol. 😆
Castell nib. There is no Osmia or diamond mark again.
There is an imprint "KM," but I don't know its meaning. Is it a model name?
Unlike Osmia fountain pens, it doesn't have a numbering system.
Some people claim that its name is gentleman, but how can I check it is right?
Anyway the marble pattern looks quite marvelous.
This is a mechanical pencil.
It is imprinted Automatic.
It still works!
