APIS F203 FOUNTAIN PEN
아피스 F203 만년필
As I said, I'm going to post several Apis fountain pens in a row.
The sequence of the post will follow the model numbers in ascending order.
The first post will be F-203 model, which is contained in a case with horizontal stripe patterns.
Inside the case, there are Apis's name and logo inside.
The constituents are the fountain pen and the paper insert of instruction manual and warranty card.
The fountain pen shows off the full gold color, and the whole body has helical patterns that shines very brilliantly.
There is a tag on the clip.
Apis F203, and KS mark.
The case said the model name is F-203, while the tag says its name is F203.
A very tiny difference, but Apis didn't have uniformity in numbering their models.
The top and bottom are quite simple.
Pure black dots.
Apis's name is also imprinted on the cap.
The gold clip, gold cap, gold barrel - everything is gold.
I always state, gold color is the best color.
Several photos to see its patterns in better way.
If you look at it in person, I bet you must love it.
Its extravagant design really appeals to me.
Another charming point of the pen comes here.
It has a double-sided nib!
This style of nib must not be a common type, but you can see this in some vintage fountain pens of some brands like Parker and Sheaffer.
Since Apis got inspirations from those two brands, I guessed Apis also tried this uncommom style.
Isn't it surprising Apis also made double sided nibs on their own?
The black plastic grip has some angled patterns.
Thanks to the nib, even the grip looks stylish to me.
Apis made their own converters.
Most Apis pens adopted squeeze type converters.
But even the squeeze type converters had several distinct design.
Unlike most fountain pen brands use the same common converter, Apis's fountain pens have diverse converter designs.
Warranty card and instruction manual.
