It'd be good to compare this pen with other marble pattern pens including fountain pen 52 and fountain pen 62.
This one has red color marble patterns both on the cap and the barrel.
I don't know much about Osmia's numbering system, but I expected 52 model and 54 model would be the same.
If you compare them, however, you will notice those two have different designs.

I have several Osmia's two-digit number pens, but all of them are different.
Anyway, this was made after Faber Castell started to acquire Osmia.
I don't collect general Osmia's pens.
I always collect Osmia pens with Faber Castell's names.

The cap design is not like others.
It has a tall cap at the top.
Most Osmia pens I've seen have rather flat or rounded top parts.
Osmia's diamond logo on the top is a bit faded.

The gold color came out partly, which must be the sign of time.
The patterns are shining like a pearl.
I love this closer look.
To me, red color looks better than white color.
