For your reference: the history of Micro, Hexa 2000 and Hexa 3000.
Hexa 10000, the superlative model of Hexa lines has an unequaled position in numerous Micro's mechanical pencils.
Of course, I definitely declare it is the best mechanical pencil of Micro if you ask me.
I've been loving its design always, even though the design was copied and rearranged.
I have three Hexa 10000s.
It's not that they belong to the different generation like other posts.
I just have three identical mechanical pencils since they deserve it.
It was made in 1995.
Since I was also born in 1995, it can't help but love them. ;)
The majestic Hexa 10000 appears!
It has a full metal body of gold color.
An instruction manual is inserted in the clip.
It explains its lead grade indicator and the function of bellows.
The bellows, the only non-metal part of Hexa 10000, functions to control the length of lead sleeve and its center of mass.
As one rotates the grip, the bellows is spread so that the center of mass moves forward and the lead sleeve is shortened.
Since it has full metal body, Hexa 10000 weighs quite heavy, so this function is adequate to find one's optimal center of mass.
Needless to say, this mechanical pencil is magnificent.
Let's take a closer look at it.
As the name says, it has a hexagonal body.
It illustrated the snakeskin with guilloche patterns on every side of the body.
It is written HEXA on the front side.
The clip design is quite eye-catching.
The clip is a snake with red eyes and winding body.
Snakeskin is also expressed on the clip.
However, this gorgeous design seems to have imitated the clip of Montblanc Agatha Christie fountain pen.
Although they are not exactly identical, it's hard to say the design is ingenious.
The grip again copied that of Faber Castell TK fine vario L mechanical pencil.
Even the position of the lead grade indicator is the same.
The only difference is the color.
Each side is imprinted Micro and Korea.

The monumental mechanical pencil of Micro, tainted with plagiarism.
Still 10000 KRW was not small money at the moment (estimated to cost around 25$ for now), so it has a luxurious appearance and accordingly good quality.
